Outpatient Care at Valley Cities

Valley Cities helps thousands of people each year through our unique, team-based model of care, providing full-service mental health and substance use treatment services.

In our outpatient clinics, we offer services from a 24-hour crisis team to psychiatric services and medication management, and more. We believe deeply in the resiliency of the human spirit — that, with the right help, people can overcome their obstacles and live happy, productive lives.

Each client is matched with a Care Coordinator. Treatment is very individualized, and, along with a Care Coordinator, care teams can be made up of staff ranging from a therapist, to a clinician, peers, specialty or program staff. Each provider then stays attached to the client's care as long as necessary to help in that area of focus.
