Make a referral for care at Valley Cities.

Valley Cities is here to provide prevention, early intervention, stabilization, recovery, and ongoing support through comprehensive services for your clients’ mental health and substance use treatment needs.

To refer your patients or clients, please have clients make an initial call to screen for eligibility, (253) 833-7444 (M-F 7:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.). They can then walk in to any Valley Cities site for an intake.

Our eligibility, intake, and assessment process is designed to get people the care they need as quickly as possible. Here’s how it works.

Is a friend or family member struggling?

Your support and love is critical to their recovery. To connect them with services, call us at (253) 833-7444.

Valley Cities takes referrals from hospitals, primary care providers, community partners and social service providers, and individuals, and it’s as easy as a phone call.

Your client can call directly to start services anytime Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. After that initial call, they can walk in to any of our clinics for an intake. For inpatient services, we accept referrals from emergency departments and from the community for clients in King County and North Sound behavioral health organizations. Please call our access line for more information at (253) 833-7444.
