We are pleased to offer a sign-on bonus of $5000 for RNs, ARNPs, and LPNs; $3000 for WISe Clinicians, School-Based Clinicians, Child Focused Clinicians, and Master’s Level Clinicians; $5000 for all fully-licensed new hires (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, SUDP) and $1500 for all other new hires.

Valley Cities is one of the only organizations that offers robust clinical supervision for social workers. This allows our staff public supervision that counts towards their certification. We also offer group supervision hours in conjunction to help social workers attain their hours quicker. We also have ongoing trainings for staff to professional develop their skills during and beyond work hours!
