Outreach
Valley Cities provides outreach services to homes, schools, jails, hospitals, on the streets, shelters, other community service sites, and nursing homes. Outreach is a way of reaching people whose disabilities or personal circumstances, such as homelessness, make it very difficult for them to access our services any other way.
