If you are experiencing a crisis during our regular office hours (8:30am – 5pm),
call our general line at 253-833-7444 and ask to speak with a member of your Care Team.
If they are unavailable, you will be connected to a designated staff member who will help you.
If you are in crisis and need support outside of regular office hours, call our
after-hours crisis services line at 206-461-3222, or toll-free at 866-427-4747.
The Crisis Clinic answers our after-hours calls, listening to callers in need, helping
people work through problems, responding to crisis, and relaying messages to
Valley Cities staff.
Would you like to request a copy of your medical records?
If you are a current client, any member of your care team can help you complete a request. If you are a past client and you live in the area, feel free to stop by any Valley Cities clinic and ask a receptionist for assistance. If you are no longer in the area or prefer to request your records remotely, please fax a signed, written request specifying which records you wish to receive to our Medical Records department at 253-835-9976.
Your records will be available within fifteen days following receipt of your request. All requests are processed in the order in which they are received and it will generally take two weeks before they are ready. (WAC 388-877-0650).
