Eligibility, Insurance, and Billing

Welcome to Valley Cities.

While an intake is the first step in receiving mental health services at Valley Cities, first please call to determine your eligibility, 253-833-7444. Our Call Center is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 6pm and you’ll speak to a real person who will share important information regarding eligibility and what you will need to bring to your intake. After that call, you may walk in to any of our eleven neighborhood locations Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 2pm (availability may vary). If you require an interpreter or have special needs, you are eligible for a scheduled appointment, so please request an appointment during your initial call. For addresses and bus route information, please see our Locations page.

You have the opportunity to complete much of your intake paperwork in advance, for more information please check out the New Clients page. You may also get information on Substance Use/Chemical Dependency Assessments there.
